Marc Stanghieri is a seasoned adviser to ASX-listed boards, C-suite executives, and unlisted organisations.

Marc Stanghieri's past work includes being the lead adviser on investor engagement strategies for over $130bn of listed and unlisted M&A transactions and bids. Marc has been engaged in some of Australia's most high-profile proxy fights and has completed over 200 advisory and engagement mandates.

Since establishing PGS Advisers in 2024, the firm has grown rapidly with appointments to Australia's most significant M&A transactions. Mandates include substantial mutual bank mergers, scrip-for-scrip mergers, and several offshore cash bids.

Marc's counsel on shareholder and proxy adviser expectations is trusted by the Boards and executives of Australia's largest listed and unlisted companies. At PGS Advisers, Marc actively leads all client mandates.
